police report

should a police report be filed with every accident? even if the damage is minor, both vehicles are driveable, and there are no injuries? Even if i file a police report two weeks later, how much water does it hold? I am not at fault and i just want to know if it will help my claim? in PA.

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!

PA, T-Bone accident the other driver's story and mine are conflicting. She said that she was traveling in the same direction as I, but wasn't specific about which direction. It's strange. the lady that hit me was in her eighties. I don't think that she is lying but just has no idea what happened due to her old age. She also told me after the accident that she was at the eye doctor and couldn't see so well. She did not report this to her ins. co.
Can I or an attorney or the police gain that info?
