What is the name of your state? Alabama

I was involved in an auto accident. I sustained a lacerated kidney and a little over $21,000 in medical bills. The insurance adjuster has offered me $50,000 which is the woman's limit on her policy. I have not accepted this offer because it is far below what I feel the claim is worth.

I have had 2 meetings with an attorney. The man talks in circles!! "We could do this, we could do that...yada, yada, yada. Can anyone explain exactly what my insurance will cover under my under-insured coverage? Do they only cover medical or will they also cover the pain and suffering aspect of a claim. The money offered by her adjuster would cover all the medical but in my opinion falls short when it comes to future medical, out of pocket expenses and pain and suffering. Can I demand those things from my auto insurance? Gosh, I think I'm the one talking in circles now!!

I have another appointment tomorrow with another attorney and would appreciate some guidance in what questions to ask so I won't leave feeling more confused than when I went in.
