poorly constructed intersection

What is the name of your state? Louisiana

My daughter was injured on a state highway in Louisiana. She was at a stop sign and could not see the oncoming traffic due to an obstructed view. The accident happened on 10/14/05. How much time do I have to sue the state in regards to this accident?

You want to sue the STATE? And you don't have an attorney who can answer that question?

Babs: that is part of my singature line. It wasn't directed at you. The only thing that was directed at you was why are you trying to sue the state (and I don't know if you even have a valid case) without an attorney?
