a truck driver says that he thought the light was green and went though the light and my car hit him. now im sure my light was green . now no police report was taken nor any whitnesses now the truck driver says his light was green. so now what happens. both had insurance good lic ect.

This is a case of your word versus his. You should have called the police to get a report. Since there are no other witnesses, then it's likely that your insurance companies will settle at 50% fault each.
