What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Vermont

When turning into a gas station in Vermont this past Saturday we hit a large pothole that was not visable due to a large snow bank. The stabliztion bar on the front passenger side was broken which will cost approximatly $500.00 to repair. Do we have a case?

You are at fault for hitting a non-moving road hazard. If you have collision coverage, you can claim on that and they will pay anything more then your deductible.
