| I live right beside a refinery. About 4 years ago they leaked Ether into my neighbors home and ended up buying it. It was a very hard time for me cause my son moved out of my home and into my mothers home in fear of this chemical plant. They turned the house into a credit union and are now complaining about my dogs. They are inside my home but I do let them go out during the day. The one dog is basically a puppy and when he is tied out he barks at people coming and going. They never bit anyone or have gotten near anyone. I told them when they put the credit union in they would have problems because it was a residential neighborhood. They offered me a privacy fence but just half and I can pay to put in the rest.That would help them out but not me. I told them they put it all up or nothing. I also have problems with their employees watching me tan in the sun. I hide myself as much as possible and have told them to please ask their employees to stop. They watch me with binoculars and I have been told they have even came on my property without me knowing. The one boss told me I need proof before he can do anything. Such as time of day or vehicle number. I don't watch for these guys and what about the ones with the binoculars? I don't want anyone fired, I just want my privacy. It's worse now with the credit union there. All I asked him to do was send a memo out telling them to stop it. Do I have any legal rights? I live in PA. |
