A friend of mine was on private property (casino in az) when he was pulling up to pull out and stopped short the car behind him tapped him. Getting out looking at the damage of both cars there were not any. The car behind had a line but the person seemed ok. He asked her if she thought there was any damage and they both agreed no. His car had no damage not even the paint on the bumper. There were other cars there but not sure if anyone witnessed it. There was not a police report and he left the scene. Is there anyway the person behind him who hit him can call the police and make a hit and run report (even if false)? Should he call them and tell the police what happened? He did not get the make of car, license or even the person's name. This again was on Casino property in Phoenix, AZ. Could anything happen to him? Thank you |
