property & bodily injury

What is the name of your state? Georgia

I was in an accident, which wasn't my fault. It was a company that hit me. Their insurance company has offered a bodily injury settlement and a property damage settlement. While I am satisfied with the settlement they are offering on the body injury part, we are still negotiating the property damage part. The body injury part letter they sent me to sign off on so I can go ahead and get my check has in the letter contents phrases such as "full and final release of all claims" and "final release and discharge of all actions, claims and demands whatsoever". The insurance company told me they could not change the body of the letter, but they did change the title of the letter, it now states, Full and Final Release Of All Claims-Body Injury Only. While I would like to get my body injury check, I don't want to do anything that would be in conflict with the property damage claim that is still ongoing. Please Please help me.
