What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? New Mexico

Recently my son let one of his friends ride his four wheeler. When his friend rolled the four wheeler there was some damage done to the four wheeler although no one was seriously hurt. Can I legally expect (or insist) the friend's family pay to repair the damage?

If the damage was caused as a result of negligence or malicious actions by the rider, yes.

If it was just 'an accident', then no.
