We recently purchased a new Lincoln Town Car. Yesterday, while parked in a grocery store parking lot, a grocery cart rolled into our car and damaged it. Is the grocery store responsible since the cart was their property? It was a very windy day and my thoughts are that the store should have had employees taking empty carts back into the store. Am I wrong?

Virtually all store parking lots have policies that you park at your own risk. Did you talk to the store manager to see if the store would accept responsibility? Your comprehensive insurance is just for incidents such as this.
