oklahoma - 1/2 of neighbor's tree fell on my roof, but is still hanging from her tree by a thread. since her insurance will not cover it as an act of god, she says she's not liable for tree removal from my roof. it is a rent house and I don't keep that kind of coverage on it. no damage to roof that i can see, but tree is huge. I think she is still responsible for the tree and since it is still attached, the branch/tree half is still her property that is lying on my roof. i would have to send a crew into her back yard to remove it. what do you think?
