Ok, from the top.I saw a car on E-bay it was located in Ma., 1964 Rambler convertible and the dealer listed his phone number so I called him and told him I wanted the car and did not want to wait for the auction to end, he said ok and gave me his bank account no. to deposit the money so I did. The discription on the car was " Great car, no rust, runs like new." When the car arrived it barely ran and was pushed off the trailer, after further inspection I found substantial rust on the frame and both quarter pannels in plain veiw. The reason I wanted the car was because it was "Rust Free" I called the guy and he acted suprised that there were problems and told me to take some pictures and send them to him to witch I did the next day and sent them next day air. He did not call me, so I called him four days later, and he was out of the office, so I asked the guy that answered the phone if he was the owner and he said yes, he said that if I had a reciept for the car he would talk to me about it, but the reciept that I was given was from a diffrent company. He will not return my calls, it has been two weeks. The reciept he gave me was for a 1000$ dollars on a diffrent companys bill of sale, I paid him 6000$ dollars for the car. I need to know what my options are? Please help!
