Recently i got into an accident with my friends' car. The car was fine, but the other vehicle that was invovled has some damage. Will my insurance cover the other womans car, or will i have to pay out of pocket because i didnt strike it with a my car?

Insurance follows the car, not the driver. Your company would deny the claim as this is not the car on your policy. It has to be turned into the owner's insurance company.
