| In a no fault state, your actual medical bills are paid first by your OWN car insurance, if you have it, or that of any member of your household.
Pain and suffering has nothing to do with no fault. If pain and suffering can be recovered (which in your state and most no-fault states, requires some permanent damage/disability from the injuries), it can only be recovered from the at fault party. If both drivers were partially at fault, then both can be pursued. But since your injuries were minor only, you would not be entitled to anything more then the actual cost of your medical bills, paid by your PIP coverage.
