I wasn't the one physically involved in the accident. What had happened was that Car A tried to pass car B (B was the car I was in), Car B was doing stupid things that caused the accident. So I wasn't physically injured. Is it still possible to still sue the driver of Car B, since he's being charged with endangering a life a minor?? Please Respond A.S.A.P

Unless the minor was injured there is no recovable claim through his liability carrier.
