re have friend who wa**** by subway train in 1971

i know this long time ago but he was severly injured and he now has gran mal siezers and memory lapses ok here it is

1 it happen dec 10 1971
2 the subway was the south eastern pennslyvaina transport authority SPETA
2 was at the time of accident a canadain married to us woman he is now back in canada
3 and this is what my friend quoted to me in im about accident
saw a Police officer 2 my left & one 2 my right & then didn't remember anything untill I heard a sound & it was the train barreling down on me hit me,knocked me 150 feet & ran over me.
That is what I was told & will remember it until I die.
4 he got a 60/40 settlement and his lawer told him he paid a hospital bill of $395,000.00 my friend should have gotten $5,000.00 btw it was a million dollar settelment and my friend got zip

and my fried is now wondering if he can get disibilty payments from soc sec but does not know if soc sec number

My response: simply have friend contact SS office.

but what about lawyer who told all the settlement after the hospital bill was paid is it too late to do any thing about it it was a 60/40 split between them and he got zip zero ziltch
