| rear end accident settlement reached
What is the name of your state? washington state
accident was rear ender in November 2004, 1200.00 in damage to auto. basic back/neck injuries. did the CAT and MRI scans, emergency room, ambulance etc.
got word from the attorney office yesterday. The other insurance company offered settlement of almost 7000.00. after I pay the attorney, medical, etc, i have almost 3000.00 left for lost wages and P&S. Im accepting the amount. itll be good to have this all over and done with finally.
just thought thank you all for the info and putting up with the endless questions.
This may also be used for reference when you get all those "what can I get " posts. Im sure this isnt going to be the average result for all cases, but at least they can get a ball park answer to the question. (After going through all I went through, I feel like an idiot posting "what is my settlement going to be?". haha) well now you can refer them to this result. maybe itll give them what theyre looking for.
