Rear end collision

What is the name of your state? Washington. Need advise on rear end collision. Was rear ended in my Geo Metro by a large SUV, was at a stop light. The driver of the large SUV told her insurance that the reason she hit me is that I hit the car in front of me first. Her insurance co. is offering to pay for my back bumper damage but not the front and $200 for the inconvience. I did hit the front car after I was hit. That car did not stop and may have not even realize it had been hit and no licence plate number gotten. The person that hit me was on the cell phone at the time of the accident. Any advice would be helpful.

Since you have no proof that the front end was damaged during the accident her insurance will not cover it.
