What is the name of your state? Indiana
Last Friday on my way to work a car pulled out of a side street and got into the middle turn lane trying to merge into the northbound lane. I passed him merged over into the middle turn lane to turn left into the Wal-mart parking lot . Within about five seconds after I stopped he hit me. We both got out he admitted that he was looking over to the right trying to get over and didn't see me in front of him. The cop shows up does his report and says he don't know whose at fault and it's up to the insurance companies to figure out. Is this common and can the other driver who admitted he was not looking change his story and try to pin it on me.
Thanks.
