I was rear ended on Good Friday, In Okemos Michigan, my car was totald and I am trying to find out if under michigans no fault laws if I am entitled to any money from this guys insurance company or if I have the abilty to take him to small claims court for damages to the vehical and hundreds of dollers in stereo equipment in the trunk that was destoyed. I have a feeling that I wont be reciving any money from his or my insurance companys, but are there any laws that say i canot sue him?
