i was rear ended at a stop light, the guy
behind me thought the light had turned green and gassed
his car and rear ended me. this happened a week
before my master's recital (i'm a singer) the other guy's
insurance company's claim center agreed to pay for my
hospital check up 400 bucks, and agreed to pay 200
bucks for inconvenience fee. he gave me the option to
deal with the main claim center or deal with a local
claim office. i decided to deal with someone local, but
when the claim agent came, she only paid for the med
bill (400) and said i was lucky to get even that. so
i'm wondering if i can pursuit the 200 dollar for
inconvenience and stress. thanks
