What is the name of your state? Illinois. I got rear-ended monday while sitting in traffic. Apparently the kid was daydreaming or something. He notice me at the last minute, slammed on his brakes, left about 10' of skid marks and hit me. My vehicle buckled from the impact to the driver and passenger side doors (two door coupe). The force of the impact pushed my vehicle into the one infront of me. They will most likely total the car out. He has insurance, but I don't. What do I need to do? Is my situation going to turn out ok since I don't have insurance? Do I need to get a lawyer? I'm also without wheels now.

Thanks.
