What is the name of your state? MIchigan

While on a bussiness trip, I rented a car in Mass, I was driving in Rhode Island. A women read ended my rental car while sitting at a light. The police gave her a ticket. My question is: Is Rhode Island a "no fault" state, or is she liable for the damages to my rental car?

Only one state is no-fault with regards to property damage, and RI ain't it. The rental company should pursue a claim against the at fault driver.
