Rear-ended when driving with a suspended license.

This last Friday, we got rear-ended coming down the tollway by a young lady who was being tailgated. We pulled over to check the damage and to exchange information. Her car was wrecked, but our car had just a few scratches on the rear fender.

The problem is, my wife was driving and she has a suspended license for not filing when we moved. We're not looking to collect, and neither of us was injured. We reported it to our insurance company, but not a police report under advise from their claims department.

What kind of fees or repercussions are we looking at since she was driving with a suspended license?
