My son was rear ended by 2 other vehicles in a chain reaction. Turned out neither driver had insurance. I had no choice but to pay my $1000 deductible to get my son's car repaired, as well as $200 for a car rental. Is there any way I would be able to recover these expenses? Florida is a no-fault state, but can I still take the driver which caused the accident to small claims court? He was obviously under the influence, but was only cited for careless driving.

If you are the owner of the vehicle, you can sue the at fault party, absolutely. No fault only applies to injuries, not property damage, except in Michigan.
