Is there a way to get the whole car replaced instead of just fixing the damage since my car was so new?
Many thanks in advance! |
My response:
Not unless there is an irrepairable safety issue involved. If the insurance company can successfully have the vehicle repaired to manufacturer specifications, including safety items; e.g., the frame, then you have no further claim to obtaining another vehicle.
