Wv here, My husband was rearended by a older man who had statefarm insurance, he has a 50,000 cap on his insurance. My husband cannot work he works construction, we have a lawyer who is very good but in court this week. We have no money comming in at all. cant pay rent, utilities etc...will lose everything.Im getting over a nervous breakdown, my dad just died of cancer this week, I was taking care of him and my hubby both at home. Husband has trauma TMJ, and fractured vertabre's. going thru PT, and starting on TMj treatments this week. Is there anything we can do and not lose everything? thanks
