Recreational use on my property

i live in washington state and have given permission for teenage boys to ride their quad's and dirt bikes on my property. should they have an accident or injury, am i responsible? if so would posting it and having their parents sign a form that they are riding at their own risk protect me? aslo what type of form would be used?

You are placing your home and yourself in serious jeopardy. Even with a signed release, you still could be sued and you still could lose. You should carry additional insurance coverage (very expensive) or you should put a stop to the recreational use of your property. Your home owners insurance will not cover you if someone in seriously injured or killed.
