What is the name of your state? Texas
I was involved in an accident with the other person being at fault. I was off work and received sick leave pay from my employer. When assessing damages for my claim, is it fair to expect reimbursement of lost wages (say $2000) plus used sick leave (valued at $2000) for a total request of $4000 for reimbursement from insurance company even though $2000 was received from my employer?

Thanks for your help.
