Release of judgement

Utah,
I was broadsided by minor,
Took dad and minor to small claims (adlidum) because they did not want to pay
Received judgement from court for court cost and deductible,
Dad filed bankrupcy on me ( including my insurance co )
Minor is now adult with judgement against her
I received court letter asking me to appear and set aside the judgement
( Dad states he is NOW willing to pay in Full ),
Do I have to set aside minor's judgement against her? ,
Can the judge MAKE me do it?
1 1/2 yrs ago the accident happened ,and 10/2001 when judgement happened.
Any help is appreciated ( court in Feb 2002 )
