If hit by a company car. and my insurance will not cover a rental car for me to drive while mine is getting fix may i get the other party to pay for this service. they were at fault.

You shouldn't have approached your insurance company. Yes, if the other driver is at fault, one of two things will happen: insurance company will pay out and/or he will pay out of pocket.
