I was in a rental car for business travel when I accidentally hit a guard rail (icy conditions). The company I work for, located in Kansas, is now holding my personal liability insurance responsible. Should my company's insurance be responsible for the damages since I was acting as an agent for my company or should my personal insurance have to handle the claim?
