when i returned my rental they noticed a dent that i never saw.i remember seeing a $100 deductible on the insurance.they charged me $500.am i liable to pay that full cost of the damage or just the deductible?also they said im responsible to pay the full amount since there was no police report for the dent that i never noticed.
