What is the name of your state? florida

My car has just been recently repoed and i thought i was able to just get my personal belongings out of it, but as i tried to do that the owner of the establishment says i have to pay a $275 fee to get my things out. Is that legal, i thought i had a right to my personal property. Thanks

Don't you mean repaired or something as opposed to "repoed"?
Also, you'll have to elaborate a bit on the details if you
want a justifiable answer.
To me, this $275 seems suspicious.
Given by what you stated, it is unrelated to the circumstances.
