Restaurant Neglegance?

What is the name of your state? I live in Indiana. What can be done if anything to a restaurant that is neglegent? I received a sandwich from a fast food restaurant that had a bloody band-aid between the sandwich and the wrapper. Can anything be done.

Imagine the employees surprise when he/she finds the band aid gone. I would ask for replacement of the food. A formal complaint may even get you some free food too.
