What is the name of your state? I am in South Dakota.

Today I had an emergency at my business and I couldn't leave so I let an employee take my car and on the way back he had an accident. His fault I guess. The other driver may have an injury to her back. The problem is he has a revoked license which he neglected to mention when I asked him to drive for me. I told the police I didn't know he had no license and now I am scared that my insurance may not cover either car or her injuries. Am I totally liable in this as he didn't tell me he had no license? He got a ticket for failure to yield and for the revoked. Can the other driver sue me or my business? I would pay for damages but I don't have much money and my employee doesn't have any either. What should I do? I have notified my insurance company and await their call in the morning.
