about a 1-1/2 ago i purchase a truck from a dealership
after sometime witht the vehicle i suffered economic hardships
in which i was forced to returned the truck to the dealership
(voluntary repossesion). recently i received a letter about an accident in which the vehicle was involved. (the truck that i owned did a hit and run) someone took down the license plates of the vehicle in which the vehicle was still registered under my name. i'm supposed to appear in court for the accident.

what should i do ??

is the dealership doing something illegal by selling the
truck to someone still under my name???
