runaround

PA, filed a claim through other driver's ins.co. b/c she was at fault. now they are giving me the runaround, saying that our stories do not match up. my story is accurate and her's is not. but her ins.co. is offering half of damages. my ins.co. says this is strange and they are addmiting fualt, b/c of the offer, but trying to low ball me. should i now file with my own ins.co. and let them fight it out in arbitration? who decides these types of things in arbitration? i do not want to be out my deductable for something that is definatly not my fault.

Who says you are right and other party is wrong? Do you have a copy of the police report? If so then this should clear a lot of things up however if you don't then unforunately it may be your word against theirs.
