Hi-
I got in a car accident a couple days ago....
I was at an intersection, she didn't see me as she turned left and cut the turn very short ending up in my lane and in my front end
She recieved a citation for the turn
she claimed to her insurance that she was not at fault...we both have the same insurer
I can't afford to pay out of my pocket while they figure out who is at fault, and I need a rental car b/c my cars headlight is out
how can I begin the car repair process ASAP, while they "investigate"
