Send the Fakers to Jail

Can anyone tell me whats up with these insurance companies who state that the vehicle damage is not enough that a person would substain an injury? Ive been fighting the insurance co for over a year. I was driving a full size jeep and the other driver a s10 truck in a rear-end collision. My damage was about 600 to replace the back bumper, my medical bills thus far are over 15,000 with more to come for the surgery for my neck. It is so uncalled for to be treated this way when your involved in a accident that is clearly not your fault. And for the criminals out there who fake these accidents therefore making it difficult for the law abbiding citizens, YOU SHOULD GO TO JAIL....
