I was injured on the job, my company after I was released from the docter fired me, I have now had surgery and have finished my therapy for an partially torn rotator cuff. I've been recieving weekly benefits, I need to know what type of settlement and I'm intittled to and for an injury of this kind what is good dollar amount. I was given an an permanent partial impairment of 9% and have permannt work restrictions of no repetitave lifting overhead, no lifting anything above chest over 30 lbs.
