in my other post i explained my situation. the policy limits are to low. i already know about the underinsured and that i can sue. the thing is is that the friend that i was in the accident with has nothing to sue for, he is only 19 and he will file for bankrupcy. can i sue him for his future earnings. any answers would be appreciated. thanks
