What is the name of your state?Florida. Ins. co. has offered 7500 for setlement on a rear in collision that resulted in a 4% impairment rating of cervical spine.Does this sound fair.Also can I sue the driver at fault for the balance of med. bills and other costs that I'm left to pay out of settlement.????
