settlement for custom truck

What is the name of your state? Ohio
The other driver was sited and insurance has conseded fault to the other driver. We both have the same insurance company. I own an older truck that I have put a lot of money into. Some items I do not have receipts for. What are my rights for settling on a price? Insurance has said the truck is a "total loss", and have sent out an independent appraiser.
Any advice is appreciated!
