is the settlement judgement? need suggestion!!!

I was uninsuranced driver when I was invovled multiply rear-end accident. The second car sued the third car, the forth car( it is me) and her own insurance company. Just two days before the trial, I learned they settled the case without me(I do not have a lawye). And the plaitiff's insurance company paid for me--- a uninsuranced driver. I am wondering if it is a judgement, if my driver licence will suspend, if her insurance company will sue me, how they can collect money from me, if I should fill bankruptcy. Appreciate your help with all my heart!!!

it is not judgment and it is possible to suspend your driver license.

i just learned the trial is still on though her insurance company settled with her and paid for insured driver(me). But the case is still listed in the court. Will it go on?
