Im from Pennslyvania heres my story:
I was at a party and I backed into a girls car, her name is "Chrissy.",. They turned it in as a deer hit to her insurance company. I gave her a $250 deductible (sp). Her insurance ran out a week and a half later, she didn't have her vehicle fixed. She now wants me to turn it in to my insurance company. She is threatening to call the cops and tell them that I was drunk when I hit her car, which I wasn't. One month has passed since I hit her car. What should I do?
I think she is just trying to smuggle money out of myself, please reply to my post this is very important. If anyone is a lawyer or such he would be interested in hearing your response.
Thanks

My response:

Since she had to have reported this to her own insurance company, that means that in order to be paid, she had to fill out and sign papers UNDER OATH, AND UNDER PAIN AND PENALTY OF PERJURY that the cause of the damage was, in fact, a "deer hit".

So, now it's time to turn the tables on her.

Simply tell her that if she persists in bothering you to blame you for a "deer hit", that you will contact her insurance company and the police to file and report her for "insurance fraud".

That's a crime. And, that should shut her up.
