What is the name of your state? CA

Hello all,

I was involved in an accident a while back in June. My insurance company (AAA) determed that it was me at fault. Today, I recieved a letter from AAA asking for my permission to release my insurance policy limit to the other attorney. I don't really know what's the implication of this and what the consequences might be. Any advice would be appreciated!

Thanks!
