should insurance pay?

What is the name of your state? Virginia

ok, i borrowed my brothers car for the first time, while i was driving a tire blew and i hit a telephone pole. It was me and my friend, my brother was still making payments on his car and had full coverage insurance. ok now i was hurt and med bills that cost $23,000 and my friend had for 5000. ok, now this is the question, im pretty sure that my bros insurance will pay for my friend but well it pay for me? cause i dont think that its my fault that the stupid tire blew and cause me to hit it, please give me some advise anyone
