What is the name of your state? West Virginia My family was in a headon car accident in 1988. Wife was driving and had serious injuries. That accident was settled. In 1991 she had to have back surgery. Has had back and neck trouble ever since the 1988, and sees a spine rehab doctor regularly. in Jan. of 2002 she was rearended in an auto accident and then on July 4th she was coming out of the rest room at the local Mall and stepped in pop and fell. The auto ins. company hasn't contacted us about that accident. We told the mall security about the fall and have never heard from them. When she fell she bent her right leg back under her and that leg was badly damaged in the 88 accident. should we seek an attorney on these situations? thank you.
