Some workmen broke my dragon collection on accident, I was assured that the insurance company would take care of it no questions asked.
I wrote them a letter and detailed the items lost, and replacement costs, and gave them some time to talk to the insurance company.
Now the insurance company wants reciepts for the items(do people really save reciepts for knick-knacks and stuff)
I don't have reciepts, can they refuse to pay because of that?
